We want every customer to be treated fairly and quickly. If something is wrong with your order or you disagree with a charge, here is exactly how we resolve it.

Step 1 — Contact us (24-48h response)

Email support@pexmen.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our support team replies within 24-48 business hours with a solution or a request for more details.

Step 2 — Escalation (within 5 business days)

If the first answer does not resolve your issue, reply with "ESCALATE" and your case is reviewed by a senior team member. You receive a decision within 5 business days.

Step 3 — Resolution

Depending on the situation, we offer a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund in line with our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Our commitment: no dispute stays unresolved for more than 14 days in total.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

Payments on pexmen.com are securely processed by Whop, our merchant of record. If you prefer, you can also raise a payment issue directly through Whop’s buyer resolution center from your receipt email. In all cases, contacting us first at support@pexmen.com is the fastest way to get your money back or a replacement.
