1. Agreement

By using pexmen.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Pexmen™ is a brand operated by Finatium LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of an adult, to place an order.

3. Product information

Pexmen™ toe separators are a comfort and wellness accessory. They are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have diabetes, circulatory problems, open wounds, a severe foot deformity or any medical concern, consult a healthcare professional before use. Individual results vary. We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately, but slight variations in color can occur between screens.

4. Orders and payment

• All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout.
• Payments are securely processed by Whop, our payment partner and merchant of record for online sales.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, pricing error or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you are refunded in full.

6. Returns and guarantee

All orders are covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Disputes are handled following our Customer Dispute Resolution process.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Finatium LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
