How to request a refund or return
- Email support@pexmen.com with your order number (you can find it in your confirmation email).
- Our team replies within 24-48 business hours with simple instructions.
- Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Do I need to ship the product back?
For hygiene reasons, opened toe separators often do not need to be returned. In many cases you can keep or donate the product; our support team will confirm this in their reply, along with a prepaid return option when a return is required.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, send us a photo with your order number and we will ship a free replacement or refund you in full, your choice.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days after approval. If you have not received it after that time, check with your bank or card issuer first (processing times vary), then contact us and we will track it down.
