Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 to 48 business hours after your payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
Shipping times (United States)
Standard delivery in the United States takes 7 to 12 business days after processing. During peak periods (holidays, promotions), delivery can occasionally take a few days longer.
Shipping costs
- 1 or 2 pairs: flat rate of $4.67
- 3 or 4 pairs: FREE shipping
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package until it reaches your door.
Address changes and cancellations
Need to correct your address or cancel? Email support@pexmen.com within 12 hours of placing the order and we will take care of it before the package leaves our warehouse.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a refund. Orders of 4 pairs include free Shipping Protection, but whatever pack you ordered, we will make it right.
